01 The idea
Why we are building this
Most training plans assume five free evenings a week and a gym membership. A student here has neither reliably, plus four months of the year where outdoor training is genuinely unpleasant. These plans are built around those constraints rather than despite them.
02 The plan
What workout plans will include
- Plans that fit a timetable Three, four and five-day splits designed to survive a 9am lecture, a night shift and exam week.
- Campus and cheap gyms What each university gym has, and which commercial gyms run student rates worth having, with real prices.
- Free places to train Public running tracks, beaches, parks and outdoor gyms, with the months each is actually usable.
- Summer and no-equipment options What to do when it is 45 degrees outside or you are in a room with a floor and nothing else.

How it will work
- Step 1 Pick your week How many days you genuinely have, not how many you would like.
- Step 2 Pick where you train Campus gym, commercial gym, outdoors or a room, and the plan adjusts rather than breaks.
- Step 3 Keep it in exam season A stripped-back version of every plan for the weeks where forty minutes is the whole budget.
Where it actually stands
Nothing built. Sport and fitness events across the Dubai campuses are already listed and filterable on this site today, which is the part of this that works now.
Questions students ask
Straight answers about this, whether or not our version of it is finished.
See what already worksUniversity gyms are usually included in fees or cost very little, which makes them the obvious starting point. Commercial gyms in Dubai vary enormously, from budget chains at a few hundred dirhams a month to premium clubs many times that, and several run student rates that are not advertised on the website.
Our listings will give real prices and name which ones take a student ID.
There are public running tracks, beach stretches, parks and outdoor gym equipment across the city that cost nothing to use. The catch is seasonal: several are unusable through the hottest months, so the guide will say when each one is worth going to.
