About this list
Being a student in Dubai does not have to mean spending money to leave the house. Society nights, workshops, career fairs, gallery lates, open sport sessions, beach meetups and food markets all run free, and between them they fill most weeks of the term.
Everything on this page costs nothing to attend. Some still need you to register in advance because places are capped, and some want a student ID at the door; where that applies the event page says so. Nothing here has a ticket price hidden behind a click.

Any student in Dubai, unless a listing says otherwise. Campus events are sometimes limited to that university or need a student there to sign you in, and where that applies it is stated on the event page. Age limits, where they exist, are listed too.
New free student events are added as organisers submit them and as university societies publish their terms, and events drop off the list once they have happened. Register and you get told what is coming up rather than having to check.
