About this event
Three hours walking from Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood through the textile souk, across the creek by abra and into Deira. Two working photographers lead the group and give practical direction on composition and light rather than gear talk.
A phone is a completely fine camera for this. The abra crossing costs AED 1 in cash, which is the only expense beyond getting there. Meet at Al Fahidi metro station exit 1. It is a genuine 5km walk in the sun, so bring water.
