About this event
A free open-level yoga session on the beach timed to finish as the sun goes down. It is genuinely beginner-friendly and the instruction assumes no prior experience, which is unusual for a drop-in class.
Mats are provided but a towel is worth bringing because sand gets everywhere regardless. No booking is needed, so turn up ten minutes early to get a spot near the front where you can actually hear. Runs weekly while the weather holds.
